Hello! If you are wondering why my place is unique, I am glad you are reading this description! The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a complex of 2 apartment buildings, which have security cameras in all common areas as well as a concierge from which my brother and I will be able to serve you with anything you need! Its location also as it is 10 minutes from the metro and just 20 minutes walk from the center of Athens make it unique!

This is a beautiful and minimalist apartment, 27 square meters with a small balcony, in the safest area of the center of Athens, Mets. It has a smart TV, fiber optic internet, water heater and air conditioning. The space is cleaned very well by our staff, and we always have a set of sheets and towels washed and ironed, always at the right time. The common areas and the building's pilotage are monitored by closed-circuit cameras around the clock for security reasons.
